Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern use of PacaPrep. By accessing or using the platform, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself or, if applicable, on behalf of the student you are supporting.

If you do not agree to these terms, do not use PacaPrep.

PacaPrep is an independent practice platform designed to help students prepare for the World Scholar's Cup through trial sessions, paid practice, results review, and progress tracking.

PacaPrep is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the World Scholar's Cup.

Some features can be used in trial mode before sign-in, while paid access requires a valid account and confirmed payment activation. Users are responsible for using accurate sign-in information and for protecting access to their devices and accounts.

We may suspend or limit access if an account is used in a way that threatens platform integrity, violates these terms, or interferes with fair use of the service.

Paid plans are offered through PayPal. Prices, plan duration, and access windows are shown at checkout. A return from PayPal alone does not guarantee activation; access becomes active only after PacaPrep confirms the payment.

If a payment is pending, cancelled, expired, disputed, or otherwise not confirmed, access may be delayed or denied until the payment status is resolved.

You agree not to misuse PacaPrep, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt the service, scrape protected content, evade access controls, or use the platform for cheating, abuse, or unlawful conduct.

You also agree not to impersonate others, manipulate rankings or session records, or interfere with question integrity or payment flows.

PacaPrep and its question content, design, software, branding, and training materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Access to the platform does not transfer ownership of that content.

You may use PacaPrep for personal preparation and study, but not for unauthorized redistribution, resale, or automated extraction.

We work to keep PacaPrep available and accurate, but the service may change, pause, or receive maintenance from time to time. We may update features, question sets, or platform rules when needed for reliability, fairness, or product improvement.

We do not promise uninterrupted availability or that every question will always remain unchanged.

PacaPrep is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties not expressly stated here, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the extent permitted by law, PacaPrep will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the platform.
